The
annual Health Plan Open Enrollment period for eligible employees begins on
April 26, 2021 and will continue through May 14, 2021. Coverage changes made during this time will be
effective July 1, 2021. During this period you will have the opportunity to change your current plan to one of the other options offered. You will also be able to enroll in a plan or reinstate previously waived coverage, add eligible dependents not previously enrolled, remove dependents, or enroll eligible children up to age 26.
This is a good time to access your GENESIS account and insure your healthcare information is correct.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- You will need to complete an Open Enrollment form to make any changes. The fillable form is attached. Please save and email back to Sue Schilling at sschilling@prsdnj.org. It will be necessary for you to sign the form if you email back and arrangements will be made for this when feasible.
- All applications for change must be submitted to the Business Office by May 14, 2021
- NO ACTION is necessary on your part if you do not wish to make changes to your existing plan. Your current plan selections will rollover to the new plan year.
